The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $51,200 – $76,900, and for Eastern Washington varies between $49,700 - $74,300. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza Corp. intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Business
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to support business operations and decision-making
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and basic business metrics
- Support the identification and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Gather and organize data from internal systems for analysis and reporting
- Work with team members to understand reporting needs and help provide accurate data
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to reports, data sources, and business processes
- Support business information systems that provide operational and performance data
Supporting the Budget and Budget Cycle
- Assist with expense tracking and reporting activities
- Help prepare monthly and quarterly reports comparing actual expenses to budget
- Support invoice reconciliation and coding processes
- Assist with tracking monthly expense accruals
- Help prepare data for quarterly budget forecasts and annual budget preparation
- Compile data needed for budget variance explanations
- Work with Finance and other departments to gather information needed for budgeting and reporting
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 0–2 years of related experience in business analysis, finance, data analysis, or a similar field
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
