Role Description
The Insurance Account Representative role is a full-time, on-site position located in McGregor, TX within a State Farm agent’s office. The role involves assisting customers with insurance inquiries, providing quotes, explaining coverage options, and processing policy changes and renewals. Responsibilities include proactive outreach to potential and existing customers, identifying coverage needs, and recommending appropriate products such as auto, home, life, and other insurance lines. The role also includes collaborating with the agent and team members, participating in training, and ensuring a consistent, professional customer experience.
