KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy ML/AI models and IoT analytics solutions
- Work on Azure-based cloud platforms
- Build and productionize ML & GenAI solutions
- Lead and collaborate with technical teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE:
- Key skills; 8–10 years overall experience, 3+ years in AI/ML
- Strong Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with Azure cloud
- ML model deployment & productionization
- Experience with LLM/GenAI solutions
- Knowledge of data pipelines
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Healthcare or regulated domain experience
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, RAG, vector DBs
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams
