- Insurance Product Configuration & Business Configuration
- Life Insurance Domain Experience (New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims)
- Policy Administration & Transaction Processing
- Workflow Setup, Rules Configuration, Page Groups & Pages
- Schemas, Tags, Lookups & UI Configuration
- XML & XPath
- Test Case Creation & Testing
- Business Process Flows, Wireframes & Functional Documentation
- Experience working with US Life Insurance companies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- LOMA Certification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience conducting workshops and walkthrough sessions
