- Shell Scripting
- Lead integration projects involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and third-party applications.
Application Support & AMS:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS and Fusion applications.
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request processes following ITIL standards.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor concurrent programs, workflows, interfaces, and custom applications to ensure system stability.
- Maintain SLA compliance and service performance metrics.
Project & Team Management:
- Lead global teams across multiple geographies.
- Prepare project plans, cutover plans, deployment strategies, and resource estimates.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and Oracle Support.
- Mentor functional and technical consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Drive governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards following AIM/OUM methodologies.
