Which companies sponsor visas for customer relationship management professionals in Texas?
Large Texas-based employers with a history of H-1B visa sponsorship for CRM roles include Dell Technologies in Round Rock, AT&T and American Airlines in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ExxonMobil in Houston, and Oracle's Texas offices. Enterprise software firms, management consulting companies, and large financial institutions operating across the state have also filed LCAs for CRM-related positions.
Which visa types are most common for customer relationship management roles in Texas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for CRM roles in Texas, particularly for positions requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field. Candidates from Canada or Mexico may qualify for TN visa status under the USMCA. Australians working in qualifying CRM roles may be eligible for the E-3 visa. L-1 visas are also used for intracompany transfers into CRM management roles.
Which cities in Texas have the most customer relationship management sponsorship jobs?
Dallas-Fort Worth leads the state for CRM sponsorship jobs, driven by its high concentration of corporate headquarters in finance, telecom, and retail. Houston is a strong second, particularly for CRM roles tied to the energy, healthcare, and logistics sectors. Austin has grown significantly as a tech hub, with CRM positions at software companies and startups. San Antonio also sees demand, particularly in financial services and government contracting.
How to find customer relationship management visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters CRM jobs in Texas by visa sponsorship availability, so you're not sifting through listings that won't consider work authorization. Focus your search on larger employers in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin, where sponsorship infrastructure is more established. Reviewing LCA disclosure data from the Department of Labor can also confirm which Texas employers have filed for CRM-related roles historically.
Are there any Texas-specific considerations for CRM professionals pursuing visa sponsorship?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons since employers filing LCAs must meet DOL wage requirements benchmarked against local market rates, not a national average. CRM roles in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex typically carry higher prevailing wage requirements than those in smaller Texas markets. Texas also has a strong pipeline of international CRM talent from universities like UT Austin, Texas A&M, and UT Dallas, which influences employer familiarity with OPT and H-1B sponsorship processes.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer relationship management jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
