YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define ministry-wide event strategies, maintain the organizational events calendar, evaluate support requests against business priorities, and establish standardized event planning guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for openings, physician engagement, executive meetings, and conferences, including budgeting, vendor contracts, venue selection, A/V production, staffing, and onsite oversight.
- Coordinate and execute regional sponsorships, partner with Foundation teams to fulfill deliverables, design branded activation spaces, and track community impact.
- Partner with executive leadership and creative teams to align messaging, while tracking KPIs, attendee engagement, and ROI to optimize future investments.
- Oversee event finances, negotiate preferred vendor contracts, standardize operating templates, and maintain regional event assets and inventory.

Education
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred.
