ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations
- Troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues
- Installing and maintaining enterprise-grade security systems
- Responding to general technology support requests
- Keeping hardware and software up-to-date with the latest patches
- Training staff at client sites on new hardware and software
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
We will require you to have an extensive knowledge of computer systems, along with OS systems, programming languages, database systems, and security systems. The ability to project manage with good communication skills will also be essential.
