Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10M-6:30AM
As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Primary Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
- Load materials into production machines.
- Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
- Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
- Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
- Clean production equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Able to repeatedly lift to 50lbs within a scheduled shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies.
- Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
- Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.
- Promote and utilize 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness and safety.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Have good attendance and safety record.
