In this role, your work helps keep vehicles properly serviced and on the road—directly supporting vehicle reliability and a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inventory and coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts, tires, tools, and shop supplies needed to support vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure the right parts are available at the right time for a diverse fleet of newer vehicles across multiple makes and models.
- Process purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices, maintain accurate inventory records, and help ensure parts operations run efficiently.
- Support timely and accurate repairs to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure vehicles are ready and reliable for customers.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and basic shop operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months automotive parts, dealership, fleet, or technical school experience is a bonus
