This is a highly strategic role for an experienced product marketer who thrives at the intersection of technology, market insight, and commercial execution. The Director, Product Marketing, will play a key role in shaping how GE Vernova Grid Software brings AI-enabled, data-driven, and technically sophisticated solutions to market. - Lead and refine cyber messaging and positioning across relevant offerings, ensuring cybersecurity value is clearly articulated in ways that resonate with customer priorities, technical stakeholders, and business decision-makers
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering and Commercial teams to define how AI-enabled, data-driven, and innovation-led products should be positioned, packaged, launched, and scaled
- Influence product and portfolio strategy through market insight, customer research, buyer understanding, competitive intelligence, and analysis of whitespace opportunities
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, capabilities, and solution releases, with a strong focus on offerings emerging from the innovation pipeline as well as strategic GridOS portfolio priorities
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly connect technical capabilities to customer outcomes, business value, and strategic relevance
- Translate complex technical concepts—including AI/ML models, data fabric and platform capabilities, analytics-driven workflows, enterprise architecture, interoperability, cybersecurity value propositions, automation, and optimization—into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and executive audiences
- Help define commercialization strategies for new offerings, including target segments, buyer personas, market entry motions, packaging, pricing inputs, and launch priorities
- Serve as the voice of the market by building deep expertise in customer needs, buying behavior, decision criteria, industry trends, regulatory and market shifts, and competitive dynamics
- Support category-building efforts for emerging solutions by helping frame new market narratives, thought leadership themes, and differentiated points of view
- Build and tell a compelling story across internal and external channels, including launch messaging, solution narratives, executive presentations, thought leadership content, analyst storytelling, cyber positioning, and sales communications
- Drive sales enablement by developing the messaging, tools, training, playbooks, presentations, and assets needed for direct sales, technical sales, services, and partner teams
- Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and account-based marketing teams to support integrated campaigns and programs that create awareness, drive engagement, and generate pipeline
- Provide visibility to stakeholders across the organization on launch readiness, key strategic decisions, and execution progress
- Engage directly with customers, analysts, press, and industry stakeholders to articulate the value of GE Vernova Grid Software’s AI-forward portfolio, GridOS platform strategy, Data Fabric capabilities, and cyber-related differentiation

Search Marketing Jobs in WashingtonMarketing Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for marketing professionals in Washington?
Microsoft, Amazon, Expedia, and Zillow are among the most active visa sponsors for marketing roles in Washington. T-Mobile, Starbucks, and Nordstrom have also filed Labor Condition Applications for marketing positions. Sponsorship tends to be more consistent at large technology and e-commerce companies, where dedicated HR and legal teams handle the process regularly for international hires.
Which visa types are most common for marketing roles in Washington?
The H-1B is the most common visa for marketing professionals in Washington, particularly for roles like product marketing manager, digital marketing analyst, and marketing operations specialist that require a relevant bachelor's degree. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated industry recognition. Australians may qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and allows direct consular processing.
Which cities in Washington have the most marketing visa sponsorship jobs?
Seattle accounts for the overwhelming majority of marketing sponsorship activity in Washington, given its concentration of technology, retail, and e-commerce headquarters. Bellevue and Redmond are also significant, anchored by Microsoft's campus and a growing cluster of mid-size tech companies. Tacoma and Spokane see far fewer sponsorship opportunities in marketing, making the Seattle metro the practical focus for international job seekers in this field.
How to find marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse marketing roles in Washington without sifting through positions that don't support international candidates. You can search by role type, such as brand marketing or growth marketing, and filter to the Seattle or Bellevue area. Focusing on companies with a documented history of H-1B or E-3 filings in marketing functions improves your odds significantly.
Are there state-specific considerations for marketing visa sponsorship in Washington?
Washington's Department of Labor and Industries sets prevailing wage benchmarks that employers must meet when filing Labor Condition Applications for H-1B roles, including marketing positions. The state has no income tax, which affects total compensation framing during negotiations. Washington's strong university pipeline, particularly from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, means employers are accustomed to evaluating international candidates for marketing roles and understand OPT and STEM OPT timelines.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored marketing jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
