Search Supply Chain Associate Jobs in WisconsinSupply Chain Associate Jobs in Wisconsin: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain associates in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin manufacturers and distributors with a history of sponsoring work visas for supply chain roles include Kohler Co., Rockwell Automation, Uline, Bemis Manufacturing, and SC Johnson. Large food and beverage producers in the Fox Valley region, such as those in paper and packaging, also sponsor regularly. Sponsorship is most common at larger employers with established HR and legal infrastructure to manage the process.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain associate roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for supply chain associates whose roles require a specific bachelor's degree, such as supply chain management, industrial engineering, or operations research. Some roles qualify under TN visa status for Canadian and Mexican nationals with relevant degrees. Candidates already on OPT or STEM OPT from Wisconsin universities are frequently hired before employers initiate a formal H-1B sponsorship process.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most supply chain associate sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee is the primary hub for supply chain associate roles with visa sponsorship, given its concentration of manufacturing, distribution, and third-party logistics firms. The Fox Valley corridor, including Appleton and Oshkosh, is strong for paper, packaging, and industrial supply chain positions. Madison sees demand from healthcare supply chain and university-affiliated organizations, while Kenosha and Racine attract candidates due to proximity to major distribution networks.
How to find supply chain associate visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters supply chain associate jobs in Wisconsin specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, saving you the step of researching each employer individually. You can browse active listings across Milwaukee, Madison, and the Fox Valley from companies that have sponsored work visas for similar roles. Filtering by role and state on Migrate Mate surfaces opportunities that match your qualifications and immigration situation directly.
Are there state-specific or role-specific factors supply chain associates should know about Wisconsin sponsorship jobs?
Wisconsin's manufacturing-heavy economy means supply chain associate roles often sit within industrial or production environments, and employers expect familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. The University of Wisconsin system produces a pipeline of supply chain graduates, so competition at the entry level is real. H-1B petitions require employers to meet Department of Labor prevailing wage standards for the specific occupation and geographic area, which in Wisconsin varies by metro region.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain associate jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
