What You Will Do:
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and visually polished buffet that reflects Korean Air’s premium brand standards.
- Replenish food, beverages, and service items promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, temperature logs, and proper rotation in alignment with food safety standards.
- Keep counters, serving areas, utensils, and beverage stations impeccably clean and well stocked.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and lounge teams to anticipate guest flow and support peak service periods.
- Provide warm, respectful assistance to guests when approached, maintaining a professional and gracious presence.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, TSA, OSHA, and Korean Air brand guidelines.
- Support opening, mid shift, and closing duties as assigned.
