- Measure window and door openings accurately
- Evaluate framing, structure, level, and square
- Spot install issues before ordering
- Document measurements, photos, and notes
- Work with Sales, Operations, Production, and Install teams
- Represent Western Products professionally in customers’ homes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of window and door install or advanced finish carpentry experience
- Strong residential construction knowledge
- Excellent math and measurement skills
- High attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical card
- Comfortable using tablets/mobile devices
