ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Post-Market Surveillance:
- Support execution of Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) programs for assigned product families.
- Prepare and facilitate Post-Market Surveillance Review Board meetings.
Complaint Data Analysis:
- Perform complaint data analysis and trending to detect emerging product quality signals.
- Conduct ad-hoc queries and statistical analysis on complaint data.
Signal Detection & Investigation:
- Identify statistical signals and emerging field issues.
- Facilitate investigations for product performance issues and quality concerns.
Safety and Regulatory Reporting:
- Support development of PMS documentation including:
- PMS Plans
- PMS Reports
- Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR)
- Canadian Summary Reports
Clinical Safety Support:
- Provide complaint data inputs for:
- Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF)
- Clinical Evaluation Reports
Risk Management:
- Support Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and Health Hazard Evaluations (HHE).
- Develop and maintain data analysis tools and dashboards for complaint monitoring.
- Establish control limits and trending metrics to detect quality issues early.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to support product safety and quality improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Post-Market Quality or complaint analysis.
