DESCRIPTION:
Restaurant Server
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide exceptional service to our guests in the main dining room. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety standards to deliver a memorable dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including safe serve practices
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and safe serve standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
