Yakima County is the fruit basket of Washington and offers a livelihood to many families with the abundance of its harvest. We have an opportunity for a Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinician at our Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA!

Who We Are Looking For

- An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine, with a focus on pediatric patients.

Position Details

- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 7:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Position Highlights

- Base compensation $132k - $149k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
- $15k Hiring Bonus
- $20k Relocation Allowance
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
- $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
