We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Strategy team and partner closely with senior leadership. What You'll Do
Executive, Board & Investor Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting used for Board of Directors meetings, investor materials, executive reviews, and leadership meetings
- Own the underlying data and analysis behind key company metrics
- Partner with Strategy and Finance to prepare recurring reporting and investor materials
- Translate complex business performance into clear, executive-ready insights and visualizations
- Quickly investigate changes in performance and identify the key drivers behind the numbers
Business & Financial Reporting
- Build recurring reporting around revenue, margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, headcount, sales, customer performance, and other key business metrics
- Support actuals vs. budget vs. forecast reporting
- Partner with Finance to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with financial statements and company planning
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and one-off analyses
Dashboards & Business Intelligence
- Build and own executive dashboards that provide a clear view of company performance
- Develop dashboards and reporting for internal leadership meetings across areas such as Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and People
- Establish consistent KPI definitions and create a single source of truth for critical business metrics
- Improve the way leaders access and consume data across the organization
Data & Analytics
- Pull, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data sources
- Strong SQL proficiency and Semantic data layer experience
- Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them
- Turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
- Build repeatable processes and automated reporting wherever possible
What We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
