The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student Analytics Data Engineer within the Enterprise Aftermarket Data & Analytics (EADA) organization located in Moline, IL or Remote, you will support analytics data products that generate insights and enable business decisions across the aftermarket. This hands-on student role offers exposure to data engineering, analytics, and technology while working with experienced engineers, data scientists, and analytics leaders on meaningful business problems.
Assist with building, testing, and improving data pipelines, datasets, and analytics data products.- Support analytics work by preparing data, organizing code, validating outputs, and documenting results.
- Learn and apply data engineering practices related to data quality, repeatable processing, and documentation.
- Help troubleshoot data questions and complete defined tasks that support active analytics delivery work.
- Participate in team ceremonies, code reviews, design discussions, and project check-ins to build technical understanding.

What Skills You Need
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.- Foundational experience with Python, PySpark, or similar.
- Interest in data engineering, analytics, cloud platforms, database concepts, and working with large or complex datasets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools with coaching.
- Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and manage school and work priorities.
- Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
- Available to work during the academic year (16-20 hours weekly).
- Available to work during the summer semester (30-40 hours weekly).
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S/local accredited university/college
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
