We are looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst / Application Developer with strong experience in the Utilities & Energy (E&U) domain to support mission-critical applications such as ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL/PLSQL expertise, application debugging experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a high-availability, 24x7 environment supporting grid and customer operations.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Utilities / Energy (E&U) applications
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL experience
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge (Shell or Java is an advantage)
- Experience with debugging, log analysis, and production support tools
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Familiarity with JIRA or other ticketing tools
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical incidents
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly during high-severity incidents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
