Experienced POS Performance Architect with expertise in LoadRunner, TruClient, and Playwright, specializing in performance engineering and testing of retail and restaurant POS systems. Responsible for designing and executing load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests, developing frameworks, analyzing application bottlenecks, and ensuring optimal system performance across POS terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise-wide performance testing strategies for POS applications and integrated retail systems.

• Create performance test plans, workload models, and capacity planning recommendations.

• Develop advanced TruClient scripts for browser-based POS and web ordering applications

• Simulate large-scale customer traffic across POS ecosystems.

• Configure distributed load generators and monitor server-side infrastructure.

• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability by proactively identifying performance risks, driving solutions independently, and consistently delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

• Provides strategic leadership in performance architecture by defining best practices, influencing engineering standards, and driving adoption of innovative testing solutions across teams

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
