The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Follow Architectural specifications and drawing detail
- Revise Shop Drawing per Architectural Revisions and final field measurements
- Create models out of rough sketches
- Provide Material take offs and Material request forms to purchasing
- Pricing, Bidding, and Job-costing
Skills
- Proven working experience as a project engineer
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as CABINET VISION, & CAD
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Self-Starter required
- Ability to work with contractors and clients
- Must be able to complete or create a drawing from customer specs
- Must be able to handle fast-paced material take-offs
- Must be able to do submittal's and kitchen drawings
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years exp in drafting, CABINET VISION & CAD (Kitchen exp is a (+)
