KitchenWise | ClosetWise Denver is seeking a highly organized and dependable Project Oversight Assistant and Client Liaison to work directly with owner, designer, and builder Rachelle Barrios.

This person will help oversee the daily movement of our renovation projects and serve as a central point of communication between KWCW, our clients, contractors, installers, suppliers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple residential renovation projects organized at the same time. This role requires someone who follows through, communicates clearly, documents details, and immediately brings concerns or delays to the owner’s attention.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring active projects, schedules, deadlines, and upcoming milestones
• Serving as a professional liaison between Rachelle, clients, trades, vendors, and suppliers
• Providing clients with approved project updates and scheduling information
• Following up with contractors and vendors regarding schedules, pricing, materials, and outstanding information
• Visiting jobsites when needed to document progress, take photographs, and identify questions or concerns
• Tracking client decisions, product selections, approvals, payments, and change orders
• Maintaining organized project files, notes, measurements, receipts, and communication records
• Tracking product orders, delivery dates, backorders, damages, and replacements
• Confirming trade appointments, deliveries, and installation schedules
• Assisting with proposals, estimates, invoices, design agreements, and client presentation books
• Preparing clear daily or weekly project-status reports for the owner
• Escalating delays, client concerns, unexpected conditions, and potential cost changes immediately
• Making sure every project has a documented next step, responsible party, and deadline

This position does not independently approve design changes, pricing, additional work, refunds, purchases, or changes to a client’s contract. Final decisions remain with the owner. The Project Oversight Assistant and Client Liaison is responsible for gathering information, maintaining communication, documenting progress, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in project coordination, construction, remodeling, interior design, property management, or client services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
• Confidence communicating with homeowners and construction professionals
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort using email, calendars, spreadsheets, documents, and project-management systems
• Reliable transportation and the ability to visit Denver-area jobsites when required
• Discretion when handling confidential client, project, and financial information

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, closes communication loops, and takes pride in delivering an organized, white-glove client experience from design through completion.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
