About Stronghold Contracting Group
Stronghold Contracting Group (SCG) is a multi-state fiber and telecommunications infrastructure contractor building aerial and underground networks across the Southeast, Texas, and Colorado. We are expanding in Colorado Springs and need an organized, detail-driven Construction Coordinator to keep our projects moving.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily field operations, including crew schedules, material staging, and equipment readiness.
- Serve as the communication link between field supervisors, the Project Manager, and the office.
- Request and track Colorado 811 utility locates, permits, and inspections.
- Collect, review, and organize daily production reports, photos, and field documentation.
- Maintain redlines, as-builts, and project records to support billing and closeout.
- Track materials and inventory, and coordinate deliveries with vendors.
- Support subcontractor coordination and documentation.
- Help keep crews aligned with SCG safety standards and site requirements.
What You Bring
- 1 or more years of experience in construction, utility, telecommunications, or logistics coordination. Military operations or logistics experience is welcome.
- Strong organization and follow-through with a high level of attention to detail.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and learning new software.
- Clear, professional communication with field crews and office staff.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Preferred: fiber construction experience and OSHA 10-Hour Construction.
