- Coordinate Teams: Serve as the central communication hub between project managers, field crews, subcontractors, and clients.
- Manage Documentation: Handle critical paperwork including utility locates, municipal permits, change orders, and job costing logs.
- Track Inventory: Monitor equipment needs and tool allocations across active job sites to prevent project delays.
