Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Lead and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive team environment while managing human resources functions such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage revenue and budgeting processes to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong guest relations
• Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial record-keeping in compliance with hotel policies
• Implement and monitor hospitality standards across all departments to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence
• Coordinate with departments such as food & beverage, maintenance, and reservations to optimize operational efficiency

Skills

• Proven supervising experience within hospitality or hotel management environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations
• Knowledge of revenue management strategies and budgeting practices in a resort setting
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
• Experience with human resources functions including staffing, training, and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures
• Deep understanding of hotel management principles, guest services standards, and hospitality best practices
