In this role, you will work directly with Buyers, (warehouses, vendors, and internal teams) to help process purchase orders, track orders, and follow up on day-to-day requests. You'll gain exposure to how purchasing and operations function in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

Essential Job Functions
. Enter and maintain purchase orders, and vendor information in company systems
. Update and verify pricing, and product details for accuracy
. Maintain organized electronic and physical files related to purchasing and supply chain activities
. Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make corrections as needed
. Assist with tracking shipments, deliveries, and order statuses
. Generate reports related to purchasing activity, inventory levels, and order history
. Support the Supply Chain team with administrative tasks and document preparation
. Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required information
. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
. Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
. Experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations
. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems
. Excellent organization and time management skills
. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

. Experience working in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory systems
