- Address guest concerns, answer questions, and work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hospitality.

- Develop staff schedules, assign work areas, and monitor labor needs to support efficient operations and service levels.
- Oversee financial aspects of the restaurants daily deposits; maintains safe balances; manages petty cash; handles pro-card receipts and statements; handles invoices; manages relationships with vendors.
- Manage inventory and purchasing activities, including ordering food, beverages, linens, and supplies, conducting inventories, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Assists General Manager by creating revenue reports, and any other tasks as needed.
Education and Experience: Two to five years of restaurant leadership experience, including experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar supervisory role preferred. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position will be considered.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, staffing, and daily front-of-house functions.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems required; Toast experience preferred.
