The Opportunity

We're looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Assistant & General Managers to open and operate new and existing restaurants, then grow into a senior leadership role as we scale across our territory. This isn't a startup gamble — you'd be stepping into a system that's already running strong, with a growing portfolio of successful restaurants across the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas-Fort Worth markets and a proven playbook for opening new locations.

You'll train hands-on at one of our existing, high-performing restaurants to master our systems and standards, then partner with our Director of Operations to recruit, hire, and train an opening team of 100+ employees — setting the tone for a new location built on strong leadership from day one. As we continue adding restaurants across our development territory, top-performing GMs will have a clear path into multi-unit and senior leadership roles.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L accountability — hit budget targets, spot opportunities, and close performance gaps.
• Staffing and development — recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team that represents our culture and values
• Guest experience and brand standards — quality, service, cleanliness, food cost, labor, and safety, measured against operational metrics (Steritech, SMG, COGS, labor) and resolved fast using the BLAST guest recovery model.
• Local store marketing — Alongside the marketing team our managers are responsible for building and maintaining community relationships and executing a quarterly LSM plan to drive sales.
• Day-to-day operations — inventory and purchasing, scheduling, cash and payment security, equipment upkeep, and vendor/capital decisions.
• Compliance and reporting — full adherence to health, safety, labor, and employment law, plus weekly financial and performance reporting to the Director of Operations.
• Team culture — run regular team meetings, lead with a positive, hands-on attitude, and deliver on the brand's mission and core values.

What You Bring

• GM’s 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume GM or multi-unit role, with measurable results. AM’s 2+ years restaurant management experience
• A track record of recruiting, hiring, and retaining strong teams.
• Strong business acumen — comfortable reading and acting on P&L statements and managing a budget.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead at every level.
• A self-sufficient, resourceful approach — you don't need to be micromanaged.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible availability across all shifts and days, including a willingness to work 50+ hours per week.
• A personal vehicle and cell phone, and availability to your restaurant outside of approved PTO.
• Willingness to live within the greater Austin, San Antonio, or DFW area.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
