Position: Associate Attorney - Litigation
Location: Denver, Colorado — Denver Tech Center (100% Onsite)
Client: Law Firm
Interviews: Immediate — client reviews and schedules interviews same day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
- Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage
disputes, and bad faith matters
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions
- Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
- Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school required
- Active Colorado Bar license required — no exceptions
- Local candidates only — Denver, Colorado area
- 3+ years of litigation experience required
- Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or
insurance-related litigation preferred
- Strong research and writing skills required
- Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
