How do I get a attorney job in Seattle?
Seattle's strongest hiring comes from big tech companies needing in-house counsel, healthcare systems like UW Medicine and Providence, and mid-size litigation boutiques in the downtown core. Candidates with experience in technology transactions, employment law, or healthcare compliance have a clear edge here. Familiarity with Washington state courts and a network built through the King County Bar Association also signals genuine local commitment to Seattle employers.
Which companies hire attorneys in Seattle?

About 84% of attorney openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting strong demand from Seattle's technology sector for distributed legal teams. In-house roles at tech companies tend to offer the most remote flexibility locally.
