Asterteq LLC is a Texas-based software company helping private security firms modernize their operations through mobile guard tracking, geofencing, patrol management, checkpoint verification, incident reporting, and AI-powered workforce management solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Independent Field Sales Contractor to help expand our presence throughout the Austin area by introducing our software platform to security companies and related businesses.

Position Overview

This is a field-based, business-to-business sales role focused on prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building through face-to-face outreach. You will meet directly with business owners, operations managers, and decision-makers to introduce SecureField Guard and schedule software demonstrations.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven history of successful door-to-door sales and a desire to earn both hourly compensation and sales commissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective customers throughout the Austin metropolitan area.
• Introduce SecureField Guard software and explain its benefits to business owners and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Build relationships with security companies, HOA patrol providers, apartment security firms, and other potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights to company leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of successful door-to-door sales experience required.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales through direct outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service), business software, or technology solutions is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Compensation

• $20 per hour
• Commission on all closed sales
• Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
