Who's Hiring

Business Development Jobs in Tulsa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a business development job in Tulsa?
Start by targeting Tulsa's most active hiring sectors: energy services, healthcare systems, and regional technology firms. Roles concentrate downtown and in Midtown, where mid-size companies and corporate offices cluster. Candidates who know the local energy industry or have experience selling into healthcare networks stand out. Networking through Tulsa Regional Chamber events and local industry groups also gives you a direct line to hiring managers before roles are posted publicly.
Which companies hire business developments in Tulsa?
Tulsa business development roles are posted by GH2 Architects, Koch, and NORDAM and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of November 2026. The local market includes a strong mix of energy-sector companies, regional healthcare organizations, and growing technology service providers that hire business development professionals at multiple levels.
Are there remote business development jobs in Tulsa?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role type. About 78% of business development openings tied to Tulsa are remote or hybrid as of November 2026, skewing toward positions focused on outbound outreach, account management, and SaaS sales rather than roles requiring in-person client relationship work. Tulsa's energy and healthcare sectors tend to favor on-site or hybrid arrangements given the relationship-driven nature of those industries.
How can I get a business development job in Tulsa with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Tulsa is through a sales development representative or inside sales role at one of the city's technology services or healthcare companies, where structured training is common. Regional energy services firms also hire entry-level account coordinators who grow into full business development functions. A proven ability to research prospects, communicate clearly, and work a territory gives candidates a real edge over applicants with only academic credentials.
