INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and MuleSoft to support enterprise data and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will gather and document business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, and help deliver scalable MDM and API integration solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with business users, developers, and architects on MDM and MuleSoft projects.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Support data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives.
- Define API and integration requirements for MuleSoft implementations.
- Assist with UAT, defect tracking, and requirement validation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Hands-on experience with MDM and MuleSoft projects.
- Strong understanding of data governance and API/integration concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
