We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Casino Shift Manager to lead gaming‑floor operations during assigned shifts in Stateline, Nevada. This role is responsible for supervising casino activities, maintaining game integrity, ensuring compliance with Nevada gaming regulations, and delivering professional, attentive guest service.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all casino operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant activity across the gaming floors .
· Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and interacting with guests in a professional, welcoming manner that reflects company values.
· Supervise all gaming activities on the casino floor, ensuring games operate correctly and fairly.
· Supervise and support casino staff, including Bartenders and floor personnel.
· Manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and smooth shift transitions
· Train, mentor, and coach employees, including new hires and ongoing development.
· Ensure employees follow casino policies and procedures, including safety and conduct standards.
· Handle customer complaints and disputes, resolving issues professionally and promptly
· Ensure high-quality customer service across all gaming and non-gaming areas.
· Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, laws, and internal controls.
· Monitor the casino floor for suspicious activity
· Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and gaming outcomes.
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
