The MA serves as a lead for process improvement teams. The MA may be required to fill some Center Service Representative responsibilities and may be cross-trained to cover other positions when needed. Work requires collaborative communication with others as it pertains to the patient's continuum of care and clinical operations. Courtesy, respect, friendliness, and tact are required in dealing with customers.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
