Zachry Engineering Corporation (ZEC) is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Senior Civil Designer to join our engineering team at the Houston Westchase Design Center . The ideal candidate will produce engineering drawings and 3D design models of grading, drainage, paving, and roads utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D. This is a great opportunity to get involved with challenging and interesting design projects for various industrial clients.
High School Diploma required, (associate’s degree or 2 years of course work in drafting techniques and/or Drafting Certificate is preferred).
Minimum 12 years of Civil Design experience.
High level of proficiency Autodesk Civil 3D required. (MicroStation, OpenRoads, and GeoPak, are desirable).
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Civil 3D preferred.
10+ years of experience creating Alignments, Profile Views, Profiles, Assemblies, Corridors, Automatic labels, Section Views, and Sections.
