- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of tool usage data for labor, infrastructure, and license cost estimates.
- Assist with budget oversight and policy formulation by aligning development requests with business standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineering Senior Manager, Engineering Lead Analyst, Architecture Lead Analyst, Architecture Senior Analyst, Consultant, Software Engineer or related position developing banking applications for a global financial services institution.
