- 4+ years of professional experience in civil/structural engineering with a focus on bridge design.
- Professional Engineer License (PE).

- Strong knowledge of concrete and steel design.
- Proficiency with required software, including:
- Bentley OpenRoads Designer (ORD) or other MicroStation‑based platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
