About the Role
As a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the weekend operations of the cleaning services team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead by example, coach your team, and build strong relationships with both staff and our client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting a team of cleaning staff
- Coordinating daily work allocations and shift coverage
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring cleaning standards are achieved
- Training, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and infection prevention protocols
