Entry Level Concierge Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level concierge job?
Focus on customer-facing experience, even if informal: hotel front desk work, campus welcome desk roles, volunteer coordination, or hospitality internships all signal the service mindset employers want. Tailor your resume to highlight communication skills, local knowledge, and problem-solving. Candidates who can show genuine warmth, reliability, and discretion stand out at the entry level, often ahead of those with more years but weaker interpersonal skills.
Which companies hire entry level concierges?
Companies hiring entry level concierges right now include Life Time, Sally Beauty, and Four Seasons, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Hotels, luxury residential buildings, corporate campuses, and healthcare facilities are among the most active employer types at this experience level.
Are there remote entry level concierge jobs?
Yes, though most concierge roles are on-site by nature. About 4% of entry level concierge openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, typically covering virtual concierge, digital guest services, or phone-based lifestyle assistance roles. If location flexibility matters to you, filtering for remote openings will show which employers offer those arrangements.
Are these new grad concierge jobs?
Yes. These listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior concierge roles alongside other entry level postings. A new grad-friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internship or campus work in place of full-time history, and does not require prior concierge titles. Look for language like 'no experience required,' 'training provided,' or 'will train the right candidate.'
Which industries hire the most entry level concierges?
Entry Level concierge roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Sports & Recreation, and Hospitality & Tourism, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors prioritize guest experience and service continuity, which makes them reliable sources of entry level openings where employers are willing to train motivated candidates from the ground up.
