Entry Level Client Relations Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level client relations manager job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who can demonstrate communication skills, comfort with CRM software, and experience handling client interactions, even from internships, campus roles, or volunteer work. Highlighting specific examples where you resolved a client issue, retained a relationship, or improved satisfaction gives your application a concrete edge over candidates who list only coursework or generic skills.
Which companies hire entry level client relations managers?
Companies hiring entry level client relations managers right now include CVS Health, Maxim Healthcare, and Mizuho, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. At this level, you'll find openings across a mix of mid-size businesses, financial services firms, healthcare organizations, and technology companies that build dedicated client success or account support teams.
Are there remote entry level client relations manager jobs?
Yes, though on-site and hybrid roles dominate at the entry level. About 100% of entry level client relations manager openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, so candidates with strong written communication skills and experience using virtual collaboration tools are well positioned to compete for those flexible roles.
Are these new grad client relations manager jobs?
Yes, the listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior client relations manager roles. A new grad friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience and treats relevant internships, part-time client service work, or a portfolio of client-facing projects as qualifying background, so you don't need a long professional history to be a competitive applicant.
Which industries hire the most entry level client relations managers?
Entry Level client relations manager roles concentrate in Insurance, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Investment & Asset Management, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Those sectors drive hiring at this level because their business models depend on ongoing client retention, account management, and relationship development, creating a steady need for junior professionals who can grow into the role.
