How can I get a clinical account manager job in Madison with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Madison is through clinical support or inside sales roles at medtech companies in University Research Park, where employers regularly promote candidates who demonstrate product knowledge and comfort talking with clinicians. Lateral moves from nursing, medical device technician, or lab roles into associate account manager positions are common locally. Shadowing territory reps at UW Health vendor days or completing a manufacturer's clinical specialist program strengthens an early-career application significantly.
