Entry Level Clinical Audiologist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level clinical audiologist job?
Focus on completing your clinical hours, earning your Au.D., and obtaining state licensure, since most employers require these before hiring. Highlight any externships, clinical rotations, or placements with diverse patient populations on your resume. Familiarity with fitting software, hearing aid manufacturers, and pediatric or geriatric populations gives entry level candidates a noticeable edge during the interview process.
Which companies hire entry level clinical audiologists?
Companies hiring entry level clinical audiologists right now include NationsBenefits, SSM Health, and Driscoll Children's Hospital, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level comes from a broad mix of employers, including hospital systems, private audiology practices, hearing aid retail chains, and ENT clinics that regularly onboard new graduates.
Are there remote entry level clinical audiologist jobs?
Yes, though most clinical audiologist roles require in-person patient care, a portion of openings do include remote or hybrid options such as tele-audiology consultations or administrative roles. About 7% of entry level clinical audiologist openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so filtering by work setting when you search will help you find the right fit.
Are these new grad clinical audiologist jobs?
Yes, these listings include new grad, recent graduate, and junior clinical audiologist roles. A posting is typically new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts clinical rotations or externships toward the requirement, or explicitly invites candidates who hold a recent Au.D. and are in the process of completing licensure. Internship experience and a strong clinical portfolio can substitute for full professional experience at this stage.
