Clinical Data Analyst Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a clinical data analyst in New Hampshire?
Most clinical data analyst roles in New Hampshire require at least a bachelor's degree in health informatics, bioinformatics, life sciences, or a related field. There is no state-issued license for this role in New Hampshire, but employers across the state strongly prefer candidates who hold a Certified Clinical Data Manager credential from the Society for Clinical Data Management. Building hands-on experience with REDCap or a clinical data management system through academic research programs, such as those affiliated with Dartmouth Health, substantially strengthens a candidate's profile.
How much do clinical data analysts make in New Hampshire?
Clinical data analysts in New Hampshire earn a median of about $100,620 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $73,480 for the lowest 10% to over $155,020 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire clinical data analysts in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire clinical data analyst roles are posted by BAE Systems USA, Fidelity Investments, and Amphenol and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Dartmouth Health and its affiliated research institutes in the Upper Valley are among the most consistent sources of clinical data analyst openings in the state.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most clinical data analyst jobs?
Merrimack, Nashua, and Concord are the New Hampshire cities with the most clinical data analyst openings. Manchester and Concord drive volume through their concentration of hospital systems and health plan operations, while Lebanon's openings are anchored by Dartmouth Health and its associated clinical research infrastructure, making it a particularly active hub despite its smaller population.
Are there remote clinical data analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 56% of clinical data analyst openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how thoroughly this work depends on software platforms rather than physical presence. Data review, query resolution, and reporting tasks are the portions of the role most commonly performed fully remotely, even when the sponsoring trial site is in New Hampshire.
How can I get hired as a clinical data analyst in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a research coordinator or clinical research associate role at a New Hampshire academic medical center, particularly within Dartmouth Health's research programs or at a community hospital affiliated with Catholic Medical Center or Elliot Health System. These positions build the data verification and GCP exposure employers look for before hiring into dedicated analyst roles. Completing a REDCap certification or a clinical data management certificate program and building a portfolio of data cleaning or discrepancy management exercises strengthens a candidate's application significantly.
Where can I find and apply to clinical data analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
