• Lead daily Burn Clinic operations, patient-care workflows, clinical programs, and nursing resources to ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated care.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; assign responsibilities, establish priorities, and coordinate team activities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical services, quality measures, and performance-improvement initiatives using data to guide decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve operational and clinical challenges, improve systems, manage costs, and implement new services.
• Manage program budgets and expenditures while building community partnerships and effectively presenting program performance, outcomes, and opportunities.

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

• BSN strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in Burn Care preferred.
• Previous experience in Clinical Programs like Burn Center, Trauma Center preferred
• Quality measures and project management experience, Data interpreting and presenting skills preferred
• Previous experience in management and operations of a Clinical Practice preferred.
