Entry Level Clinical Supervisor Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level clinical supervisor job?
Focus on supervised clinical hours completed during your graduate program or internship, since most entry level postings weigh practicum experience heavily. Highlight any caseload management, documentation, or team coordination you handled, even in a support role. A strong reference from a clinical supervisor you worked under and a clear understanding of licensure requirements for your state will give you a concrete edge at this stage.
Which companies hire entry level clinical supervisors?
Companies hiring entry level clinical supervisors right now include SAINT MARY OF NAZARETH HOSPITAL, Maxim Healthcare, and LifeStance Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level tends to come from community mental health centers, behavioral health networks, and healthcare systems that train new clinicians into supervisory tracks as they work toward full licensure.
Are there remote entry level clinical supervisor jobs?
Yes, though most clinical supervisor roles at the entry level still require some in-person presence. About 5% of entry level clinical supervisor openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, concentrated in telehealth platforms and large behavioral health organizations with distributed teams. Hybrid arrangements that blend on-site supervision with remote administrative work are the most common flexible option at this stage.
Are these new grad clinical supervisor jobs?
Yes, the listings on this page include new grad, recent graduate, and junior clinical supervisor roles. A posting is new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts graduate internships or practicums toward the requirement, or explicitly states that candidates working toward licensure are encouraged to apply. If a listing mentions a supervision structure for pre-licensed clinicians, that is a strong signal it is open to new grad applicants.
Which industries hire the most entry level clinical supervisors?
Entry Level clinical supervisor roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Non-Profit & Social Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive entry level hiring because they operate supervision models that pair newer clinicians with senior staff, creating a built-in pathway for candidates who are accumulating hours toward independent licensure.
