The Collections Representative I is an entry-level position responsible for contacting customers with past-due balances to arrange payment, resolve billing issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role serves as a foundational step in understanding collections operations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections and customer service is required.
- Telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.
- Analytical, Ability to meet deadlines, Attention to Detail, Ability to work Independently, Strong Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM system
