- Participate in the annual budget process, including communication of assumptions, timelines, training, system support and executive level reviews

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Experience with advanced data management, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with various functions
- Strong analytical skills – ability to understand concepts quickly and solve complex problems
- Ability to work independently
- Banking experience a plus
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with OneStream, SQL Server, Cognos, Tableau and Alteryx is preferred
- Participate and complete all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check.
