ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to increase sales.
- Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Set sales goals and metrics to measure their performance.
- Develop strategies to increase client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on findings.
- Knowledge of sales process and customer relationship management.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- LAH license, Series 7 & 66
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience working with internal teams to resolve customer problems.
- Knowledge of SEO, online advertising, and web analytics.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRM and ATS.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
